This existing 21,500 square foot former furniture store in downtown Greenville was completely renovated into a two-story restaurant. The renovation included restoration of the key Art Deco features of the existing front façade, provision of window openings on the side façade, addition of operable storefronts on the first and second floors along Main Street, and removal of a large portion of the roof to provide an operable skylight / storefront on the second floor.
