Master Planning and Conceptual Design
This master plan was prepared for the City of North Charleston to leverage the maximum potential private investment from the existing North Charleston Coliseum and the Convention Center in the area between International Boulevard, Montague Avenue and Interstate I-526. It included a major expansion of the convention center, alternate locations for a World Trade Center office building, additional office buildings, additional retail space, additional hotels, and the supporting parking structures. It was designed to complement the adjacent outlet mall retail development immediately to the north of this site across International Boulevard.
