This existing 15-story, 210,000 square foot office tower in the heart of downtown Greenville was renovated to provide a new and expanded entrance lobby, new elevator cab finishes, renovated elevator lobbies, renovated core toilets, and exterior improvements. The work also included tenant up-fit of one complete floor as the corporate office for TIC Properties.
In addition, this site was master planned to completely redesign the entrance plaza to Main Street and remove the garage to the south of the office tower to add lower scale retail and office space to the complex.
