This project was designed to commemorate the life and works of former Mayor Max Heller. The circular plaza has a bronze sculpture likeness of Mayor Heller in the center and is surrounded by eight precast concrete pylons, which create this "outdoor room" on Main Street. These pylons have stainless panels mounted to each face with pictures and text describing the different phases of Mr. Heller's life.
