This project consisted of construction of 12 condominiums in a combination of flats and townhomes ranging in size 2,300 to 2,370 square feet. Each of the units was provided with an enclosed garage and exterior terrace with excellent views of downtown Greenville.
The building massing was stepped down to have three-story units on the ends, two-story units flanking the central courtyard, and one-story garages near the existing adjacent residences. The residential units were all designed with wood framing and pre-fabricated wood joists and trusses. The exterior skin consisted of a combination of brick veneer and cementitious siding.
